Deshidratamos a 45 grados centígrados máximo, es decir que no hay cocción. La textura de la fruta es muy natural y el sabor muy concentrado. La deshidratación a baja temperatura permite guardar las propiedades nutricionales de la fruta.

In Frrrutiz we dehydrate at low temperature (lower than 45 degrees), which means there is no cooking process. Therefore, the texture of our dehydrated fruits remains very natural, the taste very concentrated, and the nutritional properties of the fruits are preserved.
