Risotto con remolacha y puerro


Los risottos son uno de los platos italianos más conocidos en el mundo. Aunque algunas recetas son muy famosas como el risotto alla parmegiana, hay una infinidad de recetas posibles.

En Frrrutiz hemos preparado un risotto original y con un sabor único. El risotto con remolacha y puerro. 

El risotto es un plato que gusta mucho por la textura del arroz y por su sabor, pero también porque es un plato muy completo que te puede servir fácilmente de almuerzo o de comida. 

Aunque muchas veces se piensa lo contrario, es fácil de preparar, y gracias a las verduras deshidratadas (y al caldo de verduras en polvo), lo único que necesitarás es una sartén y agua. Así de fácil.

Nuestro "caldo de verduras" es una mezcla de verduras 100% natural y deshidratada a baja temperatura y molida. Nada más. Una vez en agua caliente, tendrás un caldo de verduras natural en 10 minutos. Sin sal añadida ni aditivos.

Así que prepárate a probar un risotto muy rico y original.


Modo de preparación (20min)


Es muy fácil:

1) Pon a calentar una sartén con un poco de aceite o mantequilla
2) Cuando la sartén esté caliente, puedes vertir el contenido del sobre (100g por persona)
3) Deja la mezcla en la sartén alrededor de un minuto
4) Puedes ahora vertir un poco de vino blanco (no incluido) o simplemente un poco de agua
5) Repite añadiendo agua poco a poco para que el arroz pueda cocerse (debe quedar siempre un poco de líquido) y remueve de vez en cuando
6) Cuando el arroz esté cocido (debe quedar aldente) y haya adquirido una consistencia cremosa, puedes añadir queso parmesano
7) Tu risotto está listo!

En la etapa 4, puedes también añadir 250ml de agua por cada 100g de mezcla y dejar reposar el arroz 15-17 min, revolviendo de vez en cuando.

Puedes también remplazar las etapas 1 a 4 y añadir directamente 250ml de agua por cada 100g de mezcla y dejar reposar el arroz 15-17 min, revolviendo de vez en cuando.


Ingredientes: Arroz redondo, guisantes, remolacha, puerro, caldo de verduras en polvo.

Risotto with beetroot and leek


Risottos are certainly one of the most famous Italian dishes. Although some of the recipes are very famous, such as the risotto alla Parmiggiana, there are actually endless possibilities to prepare them.

In Frrrutiz we have prepared for you a delicious and very original risotto. Our beetroot and leek risotto.

Risotto is very much appreciated because of the texture of the rice, as well as because of its taste. But it is also a very convenient dish that can easily serve as complete lunch or dinner.

Although very often we can hear and read the opposite, risotto is easy to do. And since our risotto includes already the dried vegetables and the dried bullion, all you will need is a pan and water!

Our vegetable bullion is a 100% low temperature dried vegetables powder (no added salt, no preservatives). Once the bullion in hot water, in less than 10 min you will have a fresh and natural bullion.

How to prepare your delicious risotto (20min)


It is very easy:

1) Heat a pan with oil or butter
2) When the pan is hot, put the content of the bag (100g per serving)
3) Leave the risotto around one to two minutes in the pan, until the rice becomes translucid.
4) You can now pour either 50ml of white wine (not included) or water
5) Wait until almost the liquid is absorbed (there must always be some liquid to allow proper cooking) and pour some more water. Repeat this process, mixing from time to time.   
6) When the rice is cooked (it should remain aldente) and has a creamy texture, you can add parmiggiano cheese and/or butter. 
7) Your risotto is ready!

At stage 4, you can also directly pour 250ml of water per 100g of risotto and leave the rice cook for 15-17 min, mixing from time to time.
